Where is the studio exactly?

The studio address is 3108 E. Earll Drive, Ste. A, Phoenix, AZ 85016. The studio is located in the back of the property. Please enter through the side gate and walk to the back building. The studio is there!

What is each studio class about?

On the ``Studio Classes`` page, you will see descriptions for each class. But in short, Monday's Beginning Class goes over foundations and basics of oriental dance. Tuesday's Intermediate/Advanced Class has focus topics every month like choreography, stage presence, zills, etc.

What do Members of Samantha's Online Classes get when they sign up?

We love a great value! Members get access to all the classes available. There's no restriction! Your membership is based on the ``Pass`` you purchased. The only difference in the ``passes`` purchased is time. In addition to classes, there will be a private Facebook page which will include additional knowledge, topics, and conversations. If you have any more questions, contact Samantha! She's open to answering your questions.

What is the difference between Membership Passes for Online Classes?

Your membership is based on the ``Pass`` you purchased. The only difference in the ``passes`` purchased is time. All content is available to those who purchase any pass. Based on the ``Pass`` you purchased, you will have access to online classes for your specified period of time.

Since the videos are online for Members, can they be shared?

As an artist we love to share what we love with others. However we work really hard to be fair to all those paying for membership information. Information granted to a paying Member is not to be shared, copied, downloaded, or distributed in any other form.

When I create a LogIn Username and Password, how do I use it?

If you have created a LogIn Username and Password AND want to pay for something, make sure you log in first. If you are a member and want to access your online classes, log in first and you’ll see your classes immediately.

How does the ``$68 for 4 Classes a Month`` work?

When you purchase this package, you can come to any 4 classes of your choosing THAT month. Meaning, once the first class is redeemed, your timeline starts for the month it was redeemed in. It is highly suggested that you come as close to the beginning of the month as possible so you have more choices/options in which classes to attend. Your 4 classes will expire at the end of that month, will not carry over to the next month and is non-refundable. If for some reason you cannot finish out your 4 classes, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place but please send an email or text to Samantha in order to communicate this. Sharing of your 4 Classes a Month is not allowed.

What is the policy on refunds, transfers, cancellations?

For Studio Classes: classes that are purchased cannot be refunded. However they can be transferred. For Online Classes: memberships purchases cannot be refunded or transferred. If you need to cancel, please email Samantha. For Private Lessons: Refunds/Cancellations and Reschedules are possible up to 48 hours before Private Lesson. 50% is refunded for refunds/cancellations within 48 hours. No refunds are given within 24 hours. Reschedules are allowed but must be rescheduled within 2 weeks of original date scheduled.

Why does it say ``Reoccurring Payments`` on my PayPal?

The Inner Dancer website was designed as a membership platform. It allows reoccurring payments. However, you will NOT be charged reoccurring payments when you pay for any class or item except for the Monthly Membership Pass. The payment system for all other Membership Passes does not have reoccurring charges. If you see that something is not processed correctly or have questions, please feel free to contact Samantha.
